Our fast production process typically ensures that orders are shipped within 1-2 business days on average. With standard economy shipping, orders are usually delivered within approximately 5 days after tracking information is sent. Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout when your order ships. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout to reduce transit time once the order ships.

A significant portion of each sale is sent directly to the related team, club, or organization. We do not sell products without the school, team, organization, or booster club, ensuring that proceeds directly benefit your community.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt for a replacement. Since all products are made to order for the organization you are supporting, we do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.
