1. Custom Merchandise
All products sold through Branded Campus are custom-made for your organization and are therefore non-returnable. We do not accept returns for custom products under any circumstances.

2. Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt with a photo of the item in question. One of our team members will review the issue and issue an immediate replacement if necessary. Replacement orders are prioritized in our production facility to ensure they ship as quickly as possible. Please note that we typically do not offer refunds or replacements due to user error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or other customizations.

3. Return Process
To report a defective item, please email info@brandedcampus.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the item. Once approved, we will coordinate the reshipment of the replacement product.

4. Refunds
Refunds are typically not issued for custom-made products. The exception to this rule is if an order was placed for an item that is both out of stock and discontinued by the manufacturer without any comparable options, making it impossible to fulfill the order. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a refund will be issued. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used within 5-7 business days.
