2. Service Description

Branded Campus provides custom eCommerce stores for schools, teams, and organizations, allowing them to sell branded merchandise. All products are made to order, and a portion of each sale is directed to the respective organization.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for a store or purchasing products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, and trademarks provided by the Client, remains the property of the Client. Branded Campus has the right to use this content solely for the purpose of creating, marketing, and selling merchandise as per the Service Agreement.

5. Payments and Fees

Revenue sharing payments will be made as outlined in the Service Agreement. Branded Campus reserves the right to adjust revenue sharing rates with prior notice.

6. Order Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled by Branded Campus’s network of suppliers. Orders typically ship within 1 business day of being placed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Branded Campus does not accept returns on custom merchandise unless the product is defective. Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Branded Campus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

10. Changes to Terms

Branded Campus reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
